How to Use Sufini

From installing Runtime to keeping your Project Truth up to date.

1. Install Sufini Runtime

Install Sufini Runtime from Microsoft Store. Open it once after installation.

Install Sufini Runtime

2. Confirm Runtime Ready

Return to Sufini and make sure the Runtime status shows “Runtime Ready”.

Check Runtime status

3. Create your project

Create your first Sufini project and add the important context your AI should understand.

4. Open the matching project folder

Open the corresponding local project folder in Cursor, VS Code, or Codex.

5. Link your AI

Return to Sufini, choose the supported AI integration, and click Link.

Project → Link AI → Select supported integration → Linked

6. Ask your AI about the project

Use your AI normally. Ask Sufini for project-specific context when architecture, decisions, rules, current state, history, or knowledge may affect the task.

7. Back up important progress

When meaningful project changes happen, ask your AI to propose an update to Sufini. You do not need to back up every conversation.

8. Review the update

Review the Pending AI Update, then Accept or Reject it before it becomes Project Truth.

AI proposes → User reviews → Accept / Reject → Sufini updates Project Truth

Everyday use

Before you work: Make sure Runtime is Ready, the matching project folder is open, and your AI is linked.

A few common questions

Does Sufini automatically save every AI conversation?
No. Important progress should be backed up intentionally and reviewed before it becomes Project Truth.

Do I need to use @Sufini every time?
No. VS Code may use @Sufini explicitly, while Cursor and Codex use their own integration flow. Use Sufini when project-specific context is needed.

Does Sufini upload my project to the cloud?
Project Truth is local-first and is handled through the local Sufini Runtime. Account and service features may use cloud services where required.

Do I need Node.js or Git?
For the packaged Windows Runtime, no.

Do AI provider limits still apply?
Yes. Sufini does not remove limits imposed by your AI provider.
